 APC offers experienced, results orientated run coaching, for runners.  It's not a question of how fast you run or how far you run but how well you run. Our approach looks at the basics and starts with form analysis and technique correction. 

 

We're big on encouragement and honest feedback.

Once you are running well, APC will focus on getting you faster and fitter.  Goal orientated training plans will keep you injury free and get you where you want to be.  This approach requires communication, we're happy to have the tough conversations to get you running stronger.
