Jason Allie is the coach and owner of Allie Performance Coaching. Jason works with athletes of all levels and abilities across a variety of different sports. Jason has 22 years of coaching experience and has been competing for 25 years as an elite sportsman across a number of sports.
Jason has a love for all sport and has represented his State in football, baseball, basketball and triathlon. In his late teenage years, he turned his focus to running, competing nationally and internationally in track, road and cross country.
In 2010 he began focusing on Triathlon racing. Jason qualified for Kona at Ironman New Zealand in 2016 in a time of 9:18 - this was Jason’s second time racing the Ironman distance.
Jason is a qualified coach and is currently focusing his efforts on coaching a select number of passionate, committed athletes.
Jason works with athletes of all levels and abilities across a variety of different sports. The one thing that all APC athletes have in common is their level of commitment and determination.
Jason’s approach to coaching is scientific and draws on his 22 years of experience in both coaching and his experience as an athlete.
This approach gives Jason’s athletes confidence that their training will get them to race day in the best physical and mental condition possible. Jason is passionate about applying his knowledge and experience to the education and physical development of his athletes.
